Q: Are all your products genuine? Why are your prices so cheap?

Q: Would you be able to find something not listed on your website?

We have an extensive global supplier network, which ensures our product range is the largest anywhere on the net so we just might be able to find what you are looking for, even if itÕs been discontinued in your country. If you have ordered an item before but donÕt see it listed anymore, it is most likely just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a week so keep checking regularly. Q: Are your prices including all taxes and duties?

For all domestic orders (within Australia), the prices on our website are already included GST. For all international orders, the customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, either our shipper FedEx, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer's behalf. For instance, FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Why can't I see shipping estimates for DHL/Fastway (or any other shipping provider)

Make sure you have the correct address entered in your address book or order.

Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Normally your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. But for certain special orders, please allowed 5-10 working days to process.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once we finish process the order, you will be emailed tracing information from us including courier details and tracking number. You could track your order from the courierÕs website.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do, orders to international PO Box will be shipped with EMS and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier. However, tracking information is not available and delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks or even longer based on destination country.

Q: How can I know shipping costs for the item/s that IÕm ordering?

Standard shipping costs will be charged at the check out. However sometimes shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. We reserve the rights to charge additional shipping fees based on country of destination. We will notify you by email if we request additional shipping charges. Orders can be canceled if you do not agree with the shipping fees.

Q: How long does it take my order arrives?

Your orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (except during Christmas periods). You will receive an email notification from us when your order is shipped. We will provide tracking number for dispatched items. We reserve the rights for longer dispatching period due to stock availabilities. The following delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping apply:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro: 3-5 working days after dispatch if orders are dispatched within 3 days.Rest of Australia: 5-7 working days after dispatch if orders are dispatched within 3 days.Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note we rely on third party couriers to provide delivery services, which means we cannot guarantee delivery times. For international shipping, orders can take up to 10 business days to process and to be shipped. Again, you will be emailed tracking information from us for your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks or even longer for international delivery based on the country of destination.

Q: Why the shipping cost is so expensive for cat-back exhaust and body kits, and etc.?

Since the shipping size of those products are out of EMS size limitation, we have to use DHL or FedEx that calculates the shipping cost by using either actual weight or volume weight, whichever the heavier. The volume weight is calculated in the following manner:

Volume weight (kg) = Height (cm) x Length (cm) x Width (cm) / 6000

This means, for example, if the shipping box is 180cm x 50cm x 40cm, the volume weight will be calculated as:

180 x 50 x 40 / 6000 = 60kg

Payment

Q: How can I pay for the items after ordering on your website?

We accept PayPal and direct deposit (wire transfer) for both domestic (within Australia) and international payments. You will be promoted with PayPal links at check out for payment, which will be charged in Australian dollars. For all Credit Card payments, please contact us on +61 421622288.

Q: Is there any surcharges if I'm paying by Credit Card or PayPal?

Unfortunately yes, we will charge 3% surcharge fees for PayPal. For Credit Card payments, please contact us on +61 421622288. Additional surcharges will be applied from 3% to 5% based on varies of credit cards.

Returns & Exchange

Q: Do you accept return and/or exchange for simply change of mind?

Sorry dear customers, generally we do not accept return for simply change of minds so please choose your items/products carefully. In special circumstances we do exchange or returns, however, the items must be returned within 30days upon receive, return merchandise must be brand new in box that means never used and/or installed and in its original packaging with all sealed and tags attached. The shipping cost for returning items/products are paid and liable by customers. In case of refund, the amount may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuation in exchange rates (please read our international pricing policy carefully). Please also notice 5% restocking fee may be applied.

Q: What can I do if I ordered the wrong item/s?

Q: What can I do if the item is damaged or lost on the way to me?
